The company currently produces two types of oil, one certified organic while the other with double certification: organic and D.O.P. Veneto-Valpolicella. The bottles are labeled and packaged by hand, one by one, and only on order. The bulk oil remains in stainless steel tanks under an argon head, a noble gas that allows it to keep its distance from oxygen, preserving its quality and freshness and avoiding oxidation.
