Tenuta Sant'Apollonia is a small, family-run farm in the province of Verona, in the Valpolicella wine-producing area. Its partners are Marco, the founder, and his children Beatrice and Elia. The family began producing organic extra virgin olive oil in 1993 and planted its first organic vineyards, trained using the Guyot system, in 2015. These vineyards yielded their first two red wines in 2020: "Belva" Valpolicella Superiore and "Bisesto" Garda Rosso DOC, part of a wine range that has since become more established.
